About Noble Mountain Healing
What is Noble Mountain Healing?
Noble Mountain Healing is a Christian-based ministry dedicated to helping individuals find healing, restoration, and renewal through faith, community, and the responsible use of indigenous medicines. We exist to break the taboo behind these natural tools and to honor the wisdom found in God’s creation — all under His guidance and for His glory.
Are you a church or religious organization?
We are a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, not a church. All retreat contributions and offerings are considered 100% tax-deductible charitable donations that directly support our ministry and outreach work.
Are you shamans or new-age healers?
No. We are not shamans, and our work is not rooted in occult or new-age practices. We serve under the direction of the Holy Spirit and believe that all true healing comes from God.
Retreat Experience
Where do your retreats take place?
Our retreats are hosted in two main locations:
-
The Sonoran Desert of Arizona, offering a grounding environment for inner purification and renewal.
-
The Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico, where beachside serenity and cultural beauty foster deep reflection, integration, and rest.
What happens during a typical retreat?
A typical retreat spans six days, with three to four days dedicated to medicine work. Mornings often begin with light movement, micro-dosing Bufo Alvarius for clarity, and intention setting. Kambo is offered to cleanse and prepare the body and mind. Afternoons are reserved for rest and reflection, while deeper Bufo sessions take place in the evenings. Each day concludes with shared meals, integration, and uplifting encouragement.
Is participation in medicine ceremonies required?
No. Every participant has the freedom to engage as they feel led. Some come solely for rest, reflection, and to clear their minds in a peaceful setting.
Who can attend?
Our retreats are open to adults who feel genuinely called to this work and are in stable physical and mental health. A brief consultation helps ensure safety and alignment with our ministry’s purpose.
Medicines and Safety
What are the “tools” or medicines you use?
We work with sacred, natural medicines such as Bufo Alvarius (5-MeO-DMT), Kambo, Hapé, and, in some cases, Psilocybin. Each is used responsibly, prayerfully, and under the guidance of trained facilitators experienced in their proper preparation and administration.
Are these medicines safe?
Each participant is carefully screened for contraindications and health concerns before attending. Our facilitators are trained in dosage, emergency response, and trauma-informed integration to ensure physical and emotional safety.
Are these medicines legal?
We only facilitate ceremonies in locations where the specific medicines used are permitted by law. Bufo Alvarius and Psilocybin are served in Mexico, where they are culturally protected and lawful in ceremonial contexts.
Faith and Philosophy
Do I have to be Christian to attend?
Not necessarily. While our foundation is rooted in faith and Scripture, we welcome all who come with an open heart and respect for our beliefs and mission.
Does God need medicine to reveal Himself?
Absolutely not. God is sovereign and complete without any aid. However, we believe He can use any aspect of His creation — including these sacred natural tools — to reveal His love, healing, and truth in a way that leads people closer to Him.
What Scriptures guide your ministry?
Our mission is grounded in two key passages:
-
Romans 1:20 – “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities — his eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.”
-
Romans 14:22 – “Blessed are those who do not condemn themselves by what they approve.”
These remind us that the Lord’s hand is evident in His creation, and that discernment guided by peace in the Spirit is essential in all things.
Donations and Policies
Are donations refundable?
All retreat contributions are non-refundable charitable donations, as they are immediately applied toward lodging, food, local helpers, and ministry operations.
Can I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes. All donations to Noble Mountain Healing are tax-deductible, and receipts are automatically provided for retreat payments or available upon request.
How can I support your mission?
You can support by giving one-time or recurring donations, sponsoring participants, or contributing to the development of our ministry spaces in Arizona and the Yucatán. Every gift helps us continue creating safe, Spirit-led environments for transformation and renewal.
Preparation and Practical Questions
What should I bring to a retreat?
We provide a detailed packing list after registration, but essentials include light, breathable clothing, a journal, reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, and an open heart.
How can I prepare spiritually?
We encourage participants to pray, journal, fast from media, and set intentional prayers before attending. Our team also offers pre-retreat guidance and is available for prayer and support.
Is there post-retreat integration?
Yes. We offer virtual follow-up calls and group integration sessions to help participants apply what they’ve experienced to daily life and maintain spiritual growth.
