Cancellation Policy

1. Charitable Nature of All Payments Noble Mountain Healing / Casa de Vida Nueva is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. All retreat contributions, ceremony payments, and guest sponsorships made through this website are processed as charitable donations in support of our ministry work. Because of this status, all payments are final and non-refundable. 2. Donations Are Non-Refundable In accordance with IRS regulations for charitable organizations, donations cannot be returned once processed. This includes: Retreat bookings Ceremony contributions Guest sponsorships General ministry support Once submitted, payments cannot be canceled or refunded. 3. Ticket Transfers & Changes While donations are non-refundable, we do allow flexibility when possible. Guests may request: Transfer to another retreat date (pending availability) Transfer of their spot to another person All transfer requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the start of the retreat. 4. Cancellations by Noble Mountain Healing In rare situations where NMH must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to safety, travel disruptions, weather, or internal ministry needs, your donation will be honored by: Reserving your place in a rescheduled retreat, or Issuing a credit toward a future retreat. Refunds are not issued due to the charitable donation structure. 5. Payment Processing Issues If a payment error occurs (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will review and correct genuine processing errors in accordance with nonprofit guidelines. 6.
