The Flow of Renewal

Every retreat at Noble Mountain Healing is a journey of transformation — a sacred unfolding that restores body, mind, and spirit.
Our retreats span six days, with three to four days dedicated to sacred medicine work (where legally permitted) and the remaining time focused on rest, reflection, and integration.
Each day follows a natural rhythm of preparation, encounter, and renewal, guided by discernment, compassion, and the flow of the Spirit.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
Morning: Awakening & Alignment
Each morning begins peacefully and intentionally.
We start with a microdose of Bufo Alvarius (where legal) — a light, mindful introduction that helps clear the mind and lift the heart into awareness for the day ahead.
Participants are then invited to join in optional breathwork or meditation, focusing on calm, intention, and presence.
“The Spirit of God has made me; the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” — Job 33:4

Late Morning: Cleansing & Preparation (Kambo)
Later in the morning, we move into Kambo — a traditional secretion ceremony facilitated by experienced Kambo practitioners.
This process helps purify the body, release emotional weight, and prepare each participant for the deeper spiritual work that follows.
Each individual is supported throughout the process with hydration, rest, and attentive care.
Kambo cleanses the body so the spirit may breathe freely.
Midday: Rest & Reflection
After Kambo, participants enter a time of quiet rest — journaling, swimming, or simply enjoying stillness in nature.
This space allows what has been released to integrate gently, making room for peace and balance to settle in.

Afternoon: The Deeper Work (Bufo Alvarius)
In the afternoon, we move into the Bufo Alvarius ceremony (where legally permitted).
This sacred work is conducted in an environment of respect, safety, and deep presence.
Each participant is guided individually, with the practitioner available to provide grounding and personal support.
The focus remains on faith, awareness, and inner surrender — trusting the Spirit to lead the experience rather than the tool itself.
“According to your faith be it unto you.” — Matthew 9:29
Evening: Nourishment, Integration & Insight
After each day’s work, we share a wholesome vegetarian, gluten-free meal and gather for integration — a reflective time to ground, share experiences, and connect insights from the day.
During this time, participants often encounter words of encouragement, clarity, or personal revelation — moments of spiritual insight that bring understanding and direction.
These are shared with gentleness and discretion, honoring each person’s unique experience and perspective.
“For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.” — 1 Corinthians 2:10
Integration helps transform moments of encounter into lasting growth — turning insight into understanding, and experience into peace.

Days 5–6: Restoration, Exploration & Joy
The final days of the retreat are dedicated to rest, reflection, and connection.
Depending on the group’s rhythm, we may:
-
Visit amazing cenotes or Mayan pyramids
-
Spend quiet time on the beach
-
Enjoy light movement, swimming, or journaling
-
Engage in one-on-one discussions or community sharing
These days allow everything received to settle naturally — grounding the renewal of the spirit and preparing participants to reenter life with balance and gratitude.
The Rhythm of the Six Days
Day 1: Arrival, orientation, and grounding
Days 2-4: Medicine work (Bufo, Kambo, in some cases other indigenous tools where legal)
Day 5: Integration, exploration, closing reflection
Day 6: Breakfast, Travel.

Faith Over Medicine
Throughout the retreat, our message remains constant:
First and foremost, we ask that you TRUST that we know what we're doing. We are experienced practitioners, trained to properly and respectfully administer these medicines with care and integrity.
The medicines — Bufo, Kambo or other indigenous tools — are not the healer.
They are instruments through which insight, surrender, and peace may be encountered.
Healing flows not from the medicine, but through faith, openness, and the Spirit’s leading.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10
